Just to clarify the bible on Deut 22:28-29, 

It states that the man is required to pay compensation (50 silver Shekels!)  for the victim and MAY marry her!...

(i.e. he has the option to ask for her hand in marriage should he chose to set things right - to some extent).

Certainly different to suggesting that the woman is FORCED in any way to marry the man such as in the Amina Filali case.
