Israel Yok !

Monday morning Turkey took its anti-Israel campaign to a new level. Beyond downgrading diplomatic relations with Israel; beyond suspending military agreements; beyond threatening naval war; beyond threatening to foment an irredentist insurrection of Israeli Arabs; the Turks decided to terrorize Israeli tourists landing in Istanbul airport. Forty Israeli passengers, mainly businessmen who had landed in Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines flight from Tel Aviv, were separated from the rest of the flight passengers. Their passports were confiscated.

The editorial in the weekly “October” written by the Chairman of the Board of the Newspaper, Ismail Munastar states that

Israel is the cause of all the

World’s troubles.

In the article, Ismail writes about the troubles that have occurred and that have afflicted the world in recent times and points to the massacre at the El Najat Church in Iraq, the booby trapped envelopes discovered on their way to Chicago and also the struggle between the North and the South in Sudan on the eve of the Referendum.

Apparently these three cases which have no common denominator, each of them having its own individual reasons, but in the article the author finds a common denominator for all these “troubles” and this is of course Israel.

The explanation is that Israel is in distress and needs time in order to escape from the clutches of the Americans and therefore it is inciting the World’s attention by creation of problems in other focal points. The weekly also employs the use of the French proverb that says that when a crime occurs “Look for the Woman” “Cherchez La Femme” and then he points to us and writes that all the World’s troubles stem from Zionism with Israel being behind it, and from now on, whenever a catastrophe occurs in the World one should say “Cherchez La Israel”.

Look to Israel instead of the woman.

Abdullah Gul (name means slave of Allah the Beast in Arabic) in a major media interview he states categorically that Israel is no longer a friend of Israel. Walid based on his study of the Bible many years ago (1994) predicted this would happen. That was even before the Muslim fundamentalist AKP party took over power in 2002 in Turkey. Most of the Islamic Sunni countries will be taken over by the Muslim Brotherhood as we are seeing in front of our very eyes. These countries will all come under the influence of a renewed Caliphate headed by Turkey, the fatal wound of the beast (Islamic Ottoman empire) is healing (fatally wounded in 1917 by the British)  as we have seen since the deposing of the Shah of Iran in 1979 and now the rest of the Muslim world's secular dictators with Tunisia being the first to go. A peace treaty or the confirmation of the Oslo accords will be proposed/confirmed by Turkey and Israel will ultimately relent under pressure. We the "Islamaphobes" will be condemned by the rest of the world for warning against making treaties with Turkey and the Muslim world. "By peace they will deceive many" and once this treaty is signed three and half years will pass before all hell breaks loose and Israel will fall to its knees and pray for the Messiah to save them and he will as described in Zachariah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Amos, Joel, Daniel and others.

No, that’s not an Onion headline–nor is today April 1. Nor is it entirely true.

Still, the New York Times has obtained a copy of the “Report of the Secretary-General’s Panel of Inquiry on the 31 May 2010 Flotilla Incident,” an incident in which Israeli forces boarded the Turkish boat Mavi Marmara and killed nine people trying to break the naval blockade of the Gaza Strip. And the report, due to be released tomorrow, is surprisingly favorable to Israel–I say surprisingly not because the facts should lead to another conclusion here but because with respect to Israel, at the U.N., facts don’t usually matter very much. In essence, the panel concluded that the Israeli blockade of Gaza is legitimate and that the flotilla was a reckless effort to run the blockade but faulted the Israeli forces for excessive force in boarding the ship.

Fourteen Islamist lawyers, spearheaded by Mamdouh Ismail who is leading the efforts to form a Salafist fundamentalist party, filed a complaint to the Chief Prosecutor against telecom tycoon Naguib Sawiris, after he  had posted a cartoon they found it offensive.
Sawiris, one of Egypt's wealthiest businessmen, who turned to politics after the January 25 revolution, posted a cartoon of Mickey Mouse with an Islamic beard, dressed in a short gallabiya, and another of Minnie Mouse, with her face veiled, on the social networking website Twitter.   
The comment: “Mickey and Minnie after” accompanied the cartoon.
"The images were very offensive and ridiculed the Islamic faith. That's why we have approached the Public Prosecutor against Sawiris," Ismail said. He added that the reason why they were suing Sawiris was not because he is a Coptic Christian.
 "Insulting religion is criminalised by all divine faiths and Sawiris would not like it if a Muslim mocked the clothes of Christian clerics," said the lawyer.
 Sawiris, who was the focus of attacks on social networking sites minutes after the posting, insisted that he meant no harm and simply thought the images were amusing. He then trashed the pictures. However, ‘Boycott Sawiris’ groups were launched on both Twitter and Facebook and a Facebook group: entitled: ‘We were also joking, Sawiris' urged people to boycott his products.
One of the postings by the group read: “If you are a true Muslim, boycott his [Sawiris’] products if you love your faith. Spread the message, we have to cut off the tongues of those who defame our faith.”
After being repeatedly attacked for posting the photo, Sawiris wrote on Twitter: “I apologise to anyone, who didn’t take this as a joke. I just thought it was a funny picture, no disrespect meant! as if [sorry].”  The next day, he repeated the apology on Twitter, saying: “I at least apologised as I had no intention to mock any religion.”
Sawiris is the founder of the liberal Free Egyptians Party, established after the   January 25 revolution. He also owns one of Egypt's three mobile phone operators.
Facebook and Twitter greatly helped Egypt's 18-day protests, which forced an end to the 30-year rule of Hosni Mubarak. Through the two websites, subscribers urged people to take to the main squares and informed them of the latest news about what was going on”.
